The golf “Pro” is like a “doctor”

The wrists are a fundamental joint to perform a correct swing and for transferring speed to the club head.
Too often I see an incorrect club path due to improper cocking of the wrists or, worse still, players afraid of making a mistake who squeeze their hands on the grip until their wrists are as stiff as a board. This is like driving with the foot pressed on the accelerator whilst pulling the hand brake at the same time.
Yes, if your wrists work inefficiently or are not working at all, this will result in loss of the maximum speed which the club head should generate. The wrist joint is a precious hinge, it is the “racing car” of our swing, so it needs to be tuned to perfection in order to develop the best performance.
Neither the human eye nor the high speed camera can monitor the movement of the wrist throughout the swing. Only HACKMOTION can achieve this .
I will apply a sensor to your left arm to provide me with all the data I need to understand the root of your problem. Then I will set up specific exercises to remedy your error so that you can try to feel the correct movement, following my directives and the sound feedback generated by the sensor.
In your swing there is a Formula 1 racing car waiting to release its power: discover it together with me.
Join me on the Driving Range to find the unexpressed power of your wrists.
See you soon.
